About Me
My name is Dawid Cholewa and I am a Power BI Developer at Kingfisher. I design and improve analytical solutions that support Controlling, Internal Controls, and HR teams. My work goes beyond building reports as I analyze processes, fix issues, and ensure that each dashboard delivers real value.
I bring five years of corporate experience that help me connect business needs with data solutions. Before focusing on analytics, I worked mainly in Payroll across HR and Finance departments in international companies, including a role at Guidewire, a Silicon Valley based firm. This background gives me a solid understanding of how data supports decision making in real business environments.
To strengthen my technical skills, I completed postgraduate studies in Data Science and Machine Learning. I work with Power BI, Excel, Databricks, and Figma to create efficient and scalable BI solutions that combine business context with clear design.
I'm happy to use AI in my work when it helps me speed up tasks or automate processes. I see it as a productivity tool that allows me to focus on analysis and problem solving while delivering high-quality solutions faster.
Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle with hiking, gym training, and skiing.
